Evarcha proszynskii, a small, brown jumping spider, is a common species in the western U.S. We’ve photographed Evarcha proszynskii in several locations on the north Olympic Peninsula, and they regularly show up inside our house.
Thanks to Jay Barnes at bugguide.net for the identification. (bugguide 1, bugguide 2)
