Ribbed Pine Borer Rhagium inquisitor

I identified these photos by comparison to a photo in Insects of the Pacific Northwest, Haggard and Haggard, p. 42. As the name implies, the larvae of this species bore galleries in dead or damaged trees. The species is found throughout the United States. It belongs to the Long-horned beetle family, Cerambycidae.
